Well, posting a question multiple times on the question board is like posting your question multiple times in the chats, but slower. Still spamming. There is a bump button for your questions to bump your question to the top of the question board, and the bump is there so you don't have to keep on reposting your question

Now let's say someone asks

Asker : 'What is 2^2?'

User 1 : @user2 how are you?

User 2 : I am great wbu

User 1 : nice lol what video games do you like


As you ca see, User 1 and 2 is not helping the asker, and is talking about a different topic. I bet the Asker doesn't like that at all :(

ANd pretty soon the post gets so long that the asker has his time wasted and his question never answered.

^ Correct, so it would be a spam.. There is chats for topics not related to studying and all or the question :) Gotta use them.

but what if you are just saying bye ? or hey how are you then ... blah blah blah [helping/explaining how to solve there question/problem...] ? And  Posting a question multiple times within a short period of time would be just like bumping so...
