B. because to find the slope of a perpendicular line, you find the opposite reciprocal of the given slope :)
wait @kobeni-chan wouldn't it be A. -4, since the slope is 4??
You have to find the opposite reciprocal, so you have to make it negative and also flip-flop the number. You have to see it as 4/1, so the reciprocal is 1/4, made negative
