Hello @jaybird0101 and Welcome to OpenStudy! :) the only difference between the units of kg/L and kg/mL is the L to mL the "m" means "milli" which is equal to 10^(-3) so to convert kg/L to kg/mL you would multiply the number kg/L by 10^(-3) so 22.4 * (10^(-3)) = ?
