can someone explain the second step of obtaining the angular frequentcy
its a standard equation. do u want to know how to derive it?

for the derivation, you start with the sum formula, a=-xw^2, where w=omega=2pif=angular velocity. so, you'll have w=(a/x)^0.5. Since a=kx/m for springs, you substitute that in the equation and you end up with that formula
