@cupcakerain is correct, the answer is B. You can automatically figure out that C and D are not the answer, because the word "refine" is basically the same as "revise." With answer choice A, considering the feedback of your peer readers is a form of revising because you are taking note of what they think the strengths and weaknesses of your writing are so that you're able to go back and make your writing better, or revise it. B is the correct answer because determining the purpose of a writing it a form of analyzing or evaluating the text rather than a form of revising it.
