The type of allusion is historical, it's relating to something that happened in history that isn't biblical, mythological or written. If it was a reference to a quote Mark Twain said, it would be literary, if it was about Zeus or a mythological being, it would be mythological, if it was related to a christian aspect, like the burning bush or red sea parting, it would be biblical.
