How do you prove that vertical angles are congruent? Virtical Angle theorem. How do you prove theorems behind two parallel lines cut by a transversal? dont know this one How do you prove that a point on a perpendicular bisector is equidistant from the endpoints of the segment it intersects? dont know this one.

OpenStudy (alexandervonhumboldt2):

which theorems

OpenStudy (anonymous):

How do you prove each of the following theorems using either a two-column, paragraph, or flow chart proof? Triangle Sum Isosceles Triangle Converse of the Isosceles Triangle Midsegment of a Triangle Concurrency of Medians

OpenStudy (alexandervonhumboldt2):

i will prove them

OpenStudy (anonymous):

How do you prove each of the following properties of a parallelogram? Opposite sides are congruent. Opposite angles are congruent. The diagonals of a parallelogram bisect each other. If the diagonals of a quadrilateral bisect each other, the quadrilateral is a parallelogram. Rectangles are parallelograms with congruent diagonals.

sorry I am just trying to add all of the sections for this module before you start answering.... and what do you men you will prove them?

OpenStudy (alexandervonhumboldt2):

AC∥b By Construction. ∠2=∠5 Alternate Interior Angle Theorem ∠1=∠4 Alternate Interior Angle Theorem ∠3=∠3 Reflexive Property of Equality ∠NBM=180° Definition of a Strait Angle ∠4+∠3+∠5=∠NBM Angle Addition Postulate ∠4+∠3+∠5=180° Substitution ∠1+∠3+∠2=180° Substitution from lines 2, 3 and 4 ∠1+∠2+∠3=180° Commutative Property of Addition

OpenStudy (anonymous):

How do you use methods of an indirect proof to determine whether a short proof is logically valid?

OpenStudy (alexandervonhumboldt2):

triangle sum theoremmmm

OpenStudy (anonymous):

what in the world lol... its a bunch of triangles with question marks inside them..

OpenStudy (anonymous):

The things I have posted are what I need help with can we start with the first set of questions?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I dont have much time left :(

OpenStudy (anonymous):

what are these suposed to tell me??

OpenStudy (anonymous):

OpenStudy (alexandervonhumboldt2):

how to prove

OpenStudy (alexandervonhumboldt2):

@perl

OpenStudy (alexandervonhumboldt2):

@sammixboo

OpenStudy (alexandervonhumboldt2):

@ganeshie8

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I have 5 minutes.

OpenStudy (alexandervonhumboldt2):

w we use many other thorems and postulatesto prove each of these.

OpenStudy (alexandervonhumboldt2):

Alternate interior angle theorem alternate exterior angle corrrecponding angle thoerem

OpenStudy (alexandervonhumboldt2):

for your first question

OpenStudy (alexandervonhumboldt2):

sameside angles

OpenStudy (alexandervonhumboldt2):

Midsegment ??Equadistand thoerem

OpenStudy (alexandervonhumboldt2):

we use SAS SSS and ASA postulate , lines theorems to prove parallelograms

OpenStudy (anonymous):

this is way too un organized I cannot see straight I am re- posting it okay

OpenStudy (alexandervonhumboldt2):

these are for your fist second the the third question

OpenStudy (alexandervonhumboldt2):
