The Physics Club is planning to serve homemade ice cream at the annual picnic. Alicia's mother has provided a recipe that calls for 6 eggs for one gallon of ice cream. There will be 750 people at the picnic, and the club has bought 4 ounce paper cups. How many eggs will be needed to make enough ice cream to feed everyone one serving? (Calculate the answer in decimal form, then round to the nearest whole dozen.)

ok so 128 ounces are in a gallon, divide that by 4 since they are getting served in 4 oz cups, that equals 32...so 32 people can be served from a gallon, so now take 750 people and divide it by 32, you will get a decimal so you have to round up, and thats how many gallon you will need, after it is rounded multiply it by 6 because she needs 6 eggs per gallon
Hope this helps! :)
