Joanna went school supply shopping. She spent $25.65 on notebooks and pencils. Notebooks cost $2.23 each and pencils cost $1.45 each. She bought a total of 15 notebooks and pencils. How many of each did she buy?

If i remember this i think we use 2.23n +1.45p=25.65

If you plug in A to the equation you get 25.65

if you pluged in B u would of got a different answer because of the different prices
