well if you search each of the first words in google with "" marks, you can find exact defintions, they seem to be mostly other languages. "makros" is Greek for large, so the first comparison is an opposite

so I'm thinking it's D, since a dictionary website says 'megas' means great, and the other options seem to be synonyms
