I think the point is (-1 , 8). The distance from (-4,11) to (-1.8) is 3*sqt(2) The distance from (-1,8) to (8,-1) is 9*sqt(2) The ratio of 3*sqt(2) to 9*sqt(2) = 1:3 or 1/3.
