1. For the parallelogram, find coordinates for P without using any new variables. (1 point) (a – c, c) (c, a) (a + c, b) (c, b)
c+a , b
Draw it out. one sec.
The y value is the same: b The x value is c + a
so would i be the third answer
|dw:1418353637301:dw|
To get to your first point, you're moving along your x axis a distance of `a` that brings you to coordinate `(a,b)`. To get to point `P` you're giong to move the same amount of distance you moved to get to your first point, `(a,b)`, therefore you are moving a distance `c+a` in the x direction to get to point `P`.
As @DanJS stated, point `P` is at the same height point `(a,b)` is, therefore the `y` value will not change.
Graphical representation of the parallelogram law of vector addition.
so i was wrong
what did you say, .. oh right the third answer, correct
thanks can u help me with other one please
