Y=-2x+11

i do not know how to explain. I took the exact same quiz 3 months ago and got that answer correct. im sorry but i can not explain

OpenStudy (briensmarandache):

im assuming it is asking for the equation. well your given the slope witch is -2, standard y-intercept form you get y=mx+b where "m" is the slope. you still need to figure out "c" however, so you plught the coordinate your given in to solve for c. just i case you dont get it, -2 is the slope 3 is the x variable and 5 is the y variable. so you get 5=-2(3)+c and you solve for c

OpenStudy (briensmarandache):

every where i say solve for c, i mean b
