Use lubrication too ensure smoothness but not too much because then there won't be any friction for the enjoyment process

OpenStudy (anonymous):

There are also a couple of health conditions that I recommend you look into. One is vaginismus, a condition in which the vaginal muscles are extremely tight. It is usually a reaction to nervousness or anxiety, so again, foreplay is key. However, sometimes vaginismus is severe enough to require medical intervention or gynecologic physical therapy. Another extremely common but unfortunate cause of pain during sex is known as vulvar vestibulitis, which is characterized by severe pain at the attempt at vaginal entry, and even at the mere touch.

Go see your gynecologist as well

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Lol Well thank you all and I cant stop its like a hobbie of mine.

You could try other things that involve sexual aspirations as well even if you can't stop, which I know how that feels just try other things, if you know what I mean ;) you're vagina may be irritated even if it was like a month or two ago, you may heal quickly outside but inside may take a little while.

Some treatments for painful sex in women do not require medical treatment. For example, painful sex after pregnancy can be addressed by waiting at least six weeks after childbirth before having intercourse. Make sure to practice gentleness and patience. In cases in which there is vaginal dryness or a lack of lubrication, try water-based lubricants. Some treatments for female sexual pain do require a doctor's care. If vaginal dryness is due to menopause, ask a health care professional about estrogen creams or other prescription medications. Other causes of painful intercourse may also require prescription drugs. For cases of sexual pain in which there is no underlying medical cause, sexual therapy might be helpful. Some individuals may need to resolve issues such as guilt, inner conflicts regarding sex, or feelings regarding past abuse. Call a doctor if there are symptoms such as bleeding, genital lesions, irregular periods, vaginal discharge, or involuntary vaginal muscle contractions. Ask for a referral to a certified sex counselor if there are other concerns that need to be addressed.
