that is AMAZING!!!
the way the faces are shaped is personally not my style with eyes looking like they are squinting, the shape of the girl's face, the drunk-like shading under the guy's eyes
the ummm boobs are not really G rated o-o (this is a study website)
perhaps you can add more details to the lower part of the mermaid
other than that, it's awesome :D
