OpenStudy (anonymous):

ok

OpenStudy (anonymous):

sooo x stands for that angle?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

i think i just got it. so if it is and x and y are lying on a line, and that line is 180 then the sum of x and y would equal 180

OpenStudy (anonymous):

so if 14+y=180 180-14=y

OpenStudy (anonymous):

ok hold on

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Hmm, well 166 is not a choice, if x=14, then its either y=12 or y=11

OpenStudy (anonymous):

ik were not done yet

OpenStudy (anonymous):

oh ok sorry

OpenStudy (anonymous):

try pluging it into (12y+1)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

ok

OpenStudy (anonymous):

i got 1,993

OpenStudy (anonymous):

well that isnt right

OpenStudy (anonymous):

what are the choices?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

A. x=15, y=12 B. x=14, y=11 C. x=14, y=12 D. x=15, y=11

OpenStudy (anonymous):

ok well we can figure it out using that

OpenStudy (anonymous):

ok

OpenStudy (anonymous):

ok your answere is C because 2*14+1= 35 12*12+1=145 145+35=180

OpenStudy (anonymous):

im sorry but idk how to get it without using the choices for this one

OpenStudy (anonymous):

its ok all that matter is i get it right haha thanks!

OpenStudy (anonymous):

glad to help sorry that one took a while

OpenStudy (anonymous):
