thats too choppy. fix that to be a complete, strong sentence.

The first thing I noticed was a little grammar error:"The United States Constitution has persisted and has remained this country’s most substantial document.  The first document in history that provided rights to independence, freedom and knowledge."

The second sentence is not a complete/correct sentence. It is more of a clause. I would recommend tying the two sentences together. I will have to look at it again later, but if there is anything in particular that I can do to help, please let me know.
