And since the goal of the school is to reduce the number of dumpsters (cleaned?) then the slope of such a line should be negative.
That eliminates the 2nd and 4th choice.
If we look at a pattern of weeks to dumpsters you'll notice that after 5 weeks the dumpsters went down 20. So if we look at week 0, that means we will know how many dumpsters were at the beginning before the reduction started.
