Can someone please help me!! I just made another account become im sick of this one and i want a fresh start, but my other account WONT LOAD!!! This one is working but my other one always says could load trying to reconnect and it NEVER WORKS!! im so confused! :(((((( @iGreen @abhisar

But whenever it says
"Trying to reload the page" you have to hit the refresh button then everything becomes good again

The reason your account isn't loading is simple: you have special characters in it. OpenStudy does not allow accounts with stuff like asterisks "***", music symbol, or any other kind of character that is not commonly used. A - Z, 0 - 9, -, _, and ~ are generally accepted.
