Ummmm no, it should not be possible.
Moderators are here to keep the site the way it should be. 
Therefore, they would likely only message you if you are doing something wrong or to inform you of something.
There would be no good reason to have a moderator blocked, unless they are bothering you, in which case you should contact a different moderator to report such behavior.

If you feel harrased by a mod, email abuse@openstudy.com.  Otherwise, there is no point to block a mod for the reasons stated above by others, which is why they made it so that you can't.
