I think that we should be allowed to give away more than one medal because what if three people give you good answers to a question that you post...then its not fair if you only give away one medal.
Hey there! Medals are designed to be awarded to the \(\bf Best~Response\). Suppose if two or three people give ypu good answers then you should award the one which is the best.
but what if you think that all of them are the best
all of them did good then what?
Yesterday, I had to choose between to people to give away a medal and it wasn't fair cause I thought that both of them did a great job answering my question.
Only one can be best at a given time unless all are same. Also other people can also award medals so eventually all of them will get medals.
but not everyone just give away medals like that
some people are even having to give away a medal in their question post and then opening another post just to give away the other person who they also though did a great job answering their question a medal.
I understand what are you trying to explain but the current system has some plus points too. It creates a competitive environment so that everybody wants to give best explanations. Also if we allow people to give more than one medals then it would simply increase medal parties.
Well, I just think that people on OpenStudy should be able to give away more than one medal that's all...a lot of people agree with me. Happy Holidays!
You can write this in feedback as suggestion. Thank you for your concern. Happy Holidays :)
