\(\bf Becoming~a~mod\)
Moderators are chosen by other moderators and ultimately the Admins. When someone gains the attention of OpenStudy in a positive way, and they are seen as a mature influence, then they are often nominated to become a moderator. Then, in a private discussion, the moderators discuss the pros and cons, background history and their knowledge of the individual. If they are accepted, then Preetha will inbox the user and ask them if they're interested.

\(\bf Requirements\)
i. Must be 18 or older with proof (Student ID, license, etc)
ii. Must have no prior abuse record within six months; minor abuses may be pardoned
iii. Major abuses, such as pornography or sexual harassment, will blacklist you.
iiii. Must have a SmartScore of x > 80
iiiii. Be on OpenStudy longer than 90 days
iiiiii. Know how to use roman numerals
