A. Joelle's proportion is correct. B. Joelle's proportion is not correct because BD, which is 4, corresponds proportionally to BA, which is 9, not 5. C. Joelle's proportion is not correct because DE, which is 6, does not correspond proportionally to AC, which is x. D. Joelle's proportion is not correct because DE, which is 6, corresponds proportionally to BA, which is x + 6, not x.
I know it's not answer C for sure.
b, she would have to add the 5 and 4 together in order for the proportion to be true
