i believe it is D.

naturalists believe in everything occurring because of natural forces

classicists do not want to combine new forms of literature.. they stick with the basics... the classics :)

while modernists do strive to break the molds, they don't completely reject it 

so in my belief, it is D, but perhaps double check with someone if my explanations don't make too much sense haha :)
