I think the answer for this is y = 1/4x + 3/4. Do you know if this is correct? I'm not sure, because the 3/4 is negative by itself. I wasn't sure if plugging it into the y = mx + b equation would mean I'd have to make it a positive or if it would stay negative and make it y = 1/4x - 3/4.
