Mutation on a recessive allele inherited from both parents. Is this inherited or not inherited? Please help :)

mutations are heritable traits if r present in the germ cells...so if mutation is in germ cell then herited...

and as your question states that mutation is on the recessive allele, it will be expressed only if it is in homozygous condition. In the question it is also stated that the same mutated allele is inherited from both the parents, it means that it is in homozygous form and thus it will be expressed.
