Yeah, so over here, you take tanx towards the LHS and take pie/2 towards the right

Hmm, then you gotta simplify. Generally those having problems simplifying, convert cot and tan interms of sine and cosine

So, what you do here is convert cotx = cosx/sinx and tanx= sinx/cosx .Also use cos(pie/2 - x) = sinx in the equation and simplfy
