Man vs. Man would be 2 people fighting each other 
Man vs. Nature would be a person fighting some aspect of nature. 
Man vs. Society would be a person fighting the principles of society 
Man vs. Self would a person with internal struggles

Don't over think it the answer is within the question(s)...

My Examples:

Man vs Man = Fighting with a friend or family member
Man vs Nature = Caught in a storm
Man vs Society = Rosa Parks getting on that bus, and refusing to "move to back". or Having different beliefs than a certain community.
Man vs Self = Being shy and trying to overcome that.


Other Examples:

Man vs Nature - plane crash and forced to survive alone in the wilderness 

Man vs Man - fight with best friend 

Man vs Society - man wants to admit he is gay but lives in a small town where homosexuality is frowned upon 

Man vs Self - can't make a decision
