for this type of question its easier to use Google :) But here you go (obviously you have to understand what its saying first!): A proposed explanation for a set of observations. A good hypothesis (all are supposed to actually,otherwise not hypothesis,definition wise) leads to prediction that scientists can test by recording additional observation or by designing experiments.
