A seedling grows at a rate of 1.5 cm each week. Before the seedling was planted in the ground, it measured 7 cm. Write an equation that model’s the flower’s height h after x weeks. What does the y-intercept represent?

alright so h is the height which depends on everything else making it our y
1.5 per week is the growth rate, for weeks x which is unknown.so it's 1.5x
I got the equation h= 1.5x + 7 but I'm not sure what the y-intercept represents.
well in the form y = mx + b b is the intercept

where did you get that 7 that will be the answer.
in this case it's the initial height.
The 7 is the flowers height
