Just look through the open and closed questions there. Most of them are off topic.

I'm thinking that section is supposed to be for ideas that can enhance the technology that can affect our world.

Shouldn't those sections be removed if no one is using it for it's useful purpose.

I have commented on that before.  Some way to archive, lock, or delete depending on if there is any worthwhile content or not.

@confluxepic i think that's why data ask what kind of questions should be posted there because the questions seem random.

@e.mccormick like different groups (clubs for school)? how did it work though? 

Why don't OS users that have questions about topics that do not have any proper sections  post their questions on that section? for example, law, politics, international business, physical education etc etc.. just saying

Law and politics (government) are part of the Social Sciences.  Phyiscal Education is part of Health Sciences.  As for international business, there are some finance and business parts.
