All I can tell you so far, that the "feudal system" consisted of christian serfs or knights.
If you have taken some literature courses you should know some things about it...
Jews, although were there, they were not part of this system.
The primary religion, almost the only one, was Christianity (Namely, Catholicism) in Europe at that time.
