Insulators? Like insulators in a computer? Those help to keep the computer from overheating too easily by cooling it down, either with a fan or with water, or whatever.

Huh? Stormwolf1O1, a cooler is not an insulator. An insulator stops the flow of electricity, like the wrappings on the wires between the power supply and theur heads.
