How can i start an appositive with the word tea?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

An appositive is a noun which sits next to a word or words that further describe it. For example, in the sentence "The beast, a lion, was starting to show interest in our party," the appositive is "beast". It is next to words that describe it more, which tell you the beast was a lion. With the word tea, you could say something like "Tea, a beverage that can be enjoyed hot or cold, is my father's drink of choice." Anything like that would work.
