what polynomial has roots of 3i, -2, 2 ? and how?

OpenStudy (campbell_st):

well for 3i you have \[x = \sqrt{-9}\] so square both sides and the rewrite it so its equal to zero. for x = 2 as a root then x - 2 is a factor x = -2 as a root then x + 2 is a factor combine the 3 factors and you'll have the polynomial
