Find the mistake on this sentence:

It is important that concrete has metal inside to base it

No period, but other than that I really can't see anything

Instead of "has" it should say "have."

So the sentence would read "It is important that concrete have metal inside to base it."

I know it sounds weird, but that's the way English is. :) Other than the missing period at the end, that's the only mistake I could find.
