Everyone that wants to stay a member has to stay active. I will discuss this with TSO, Librarian, Jiggs, and Ahbi. We need active members not a few times a month users.

I was thinking our first goal was to get rid f the bad mouths on OS. I think they have an equal or more effect than the trollers. Plus I don't think its a minor.

I like the color idea.

I also added at the end of it that we can have a "(Warned)" sign in red right next to their name if they were warned.
