how about this = In basketball, the points you score in a game depend on the number of free throws you score, the number of 3 pointers and 2 pointers.. Points = free throws + 2 x number of 2 pointers + 3 x number of 3 pointers. P = x + 2y + 3z P = point, x = number of free throws, y = number of 2 pointers, z = number of 3 pointers.
