A natural gas company charges a $16.64 connection fee plus $1.23 per 6 cubic feet of gas used. In the winter peak usage months, November through February, they charge each customer a peak usage surcharge of $16.39. If a family uses 102 cubic feet of gas, how much will their bill have increased because of the peak usage surcharge?
