She needs to consider how much money she makes and how much it would cost for this piece of equipment. She must look at how much money she makes and if she is able to afford this item. She needs to think about what is the best option. If she gets an Ipad or tablet the first payment she makes is the only one she needs to pay, but if she gets a cell phone, she would have to pay the monthly bill. Costs and profit are all included in the decisions she needs to make. If she only makes $400 a week and wants to buy an ipad that costs $600, she would need to save. When she gets enough money she needs to think about how much money she would have left in money that goes towards her monthly costs of owning her business
