If I may join in, just to note some things in sentence number 2:

(1) Just remember we need the preterite here. :)

(2) Also, because the subject is *tu* (with accent on *u*), remember the verb form should end in *aste*.
So, to help you deduce the verb form you need: here's an example with the verb *cantar* (= "to sing")

tu cant- aste [= "you sang"]

If you have that paper in present tense (or other) already, you could simply check the corresponding preterite forms yourself, and replace present tense by preterite.
