Sister chromatids are separated into two nuclei, and after telophase they are replicated. The chromosomes are copied during interphase, and during mitosis they separate into two nuclei. The chromosomes are separated during interphase and form two individual nuclei during prophase. Sister chromatids are copied during interphase, and during anaphase they separate to form two nuclei.
