What diseases is not explained by the germ theory?

I don't think there is one because most of the time microorganisms cause diseases, butttttttttttttt I believe the diseases caused by a kind of deficiency could be considered not caused by the germ theory.

For example

Survey is a diseased caused by the absence of vitamin C
Nyctalopia (night blindness) is caused by the absense of Vitamin A
