First, find the volume of each container. 
Then, divide the volume by the price to find the price per cubic foot. :)

7 x 7 x 8 = 392 ... 392 / 99 = approx. $3.96
12 x 8 x 8 = 768 ... 768 / 199 = approx. $3.86
