careful dear

OpenStudy (anonymous):

when you multiply a fraction by a whole number, only multiply in the numerator

OpenStudy (anonymous):

\[22\times \frac{7}{5}=\frac{22\times 7}{5}\]

OpenStudy (anonymous):

don't multiply top and bottom that is like multiplying by 1 so you get the same fraction back you do that when you are building up fractions to add just multiply in the numerator (top)
