okay this is starting to piss me off right now! my friend and I have been trying to sign up in here for an hour now! what's happening is that everytime we try to sign up it says "it appears that your IP address is banned due to policy" I tried restarting my computer, turning off my modem, clearing my browser history, using another browser, clearing the history to that other browser, THERE'S A HUGE LIST OF STUFF WE TRIED!!!
I already asked this before and I'm gonna ask this again.

Other Notes: I have NEVER been suspended in this account and my friend is even trying to use the same password as me. We even tried using another f*cking email! PLZ excuse my language I'm just so mad right now!!! I don't understand why it says that it's been banned
