If your were the one who asked them, you can go to your profile page and scroll all the way down and on the bottom left you will fin a small box that says "number of Fans; number of medals; questions asked; Questions Answered." etc. If you want to go to someone else's question, you go to their profile.

If you don't know who it was that has asked it, just post the question into google and whatever previous asker there was will appear in an Openstudy link.
