yes, that is correct. \(\large\color{black}{\displaystyle\lim_{x \rightarrow ~2^{-} }f(x)=4}\) and \(\large\color{black}{\displaystyle\lim_{x \rightarrow ~2^{-+} }f(x)=-3}\)
