it's fine. i'm not guessing though. I know for a fact it isn't b or c. and by 1933 the economic system had already collapsed due to the great depression, so it couldn't have been on the verge of collapsing. Also Keep in mind the Great depression is when banks closed, and it lasted until the late 1930's. This is why I think the answer is A
