Is 1 G the same as 1g or is it referring to a different measurement.

It says
Add 12 ml of sterile water for injection. Each ml of solution will contain 1G of ticarcillin.

I've never seen it, I believe they are referring to grams here. If they are not, it's certainly not a commonly known measurement.

If you look here on question 6, they are using G to represent grams. http://library.centennialcollege.ca/learningcentre/worksheet/biology/nursingtest Sounds like it is probably the exact same thing.
